FRAUD WARNING!
Be suspicious if someone offers to buy your aircraft or parts with a cashiers check for an amount significantly more than what you are asking. It's a common scam and they usually request that you refund the difference to a third party. These fraudulent offers are polite but poor spelling and grammar usually gives them away. Typical inquiries begin with "Good Day" and ask for your "Best Price" or "Last Offer". These people are mostly abroad, often claiming to be based in the UK or Africa. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!
